Account Registration

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Actual color, appearance, packaging, or minor specifications may vary. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Needly or the relevant seller may contact the customer to verify order details. Orders may be cancelled where products are unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected.

Payment

Needly may offer Cash on Delivery and online payment methods. Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery time may vary based on location, product availability, seller, courier service, and other circumstances. Customers must provide a correct delivery address and contact number.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch, subject to order status. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure may apply.

Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are governed by Needly’s Return & Refund Policy. Customers may be required to provide order information, photographs, videos, or other evidence.

Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers

Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, vouchers, discount codes, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, usage limits, and conditions.

Reviews & User Content
